Terms & Conditions

By signing and using the MARCO POLO ELITE membership card, members expressly and knowingly accept all of the MARCO POLO ELITE Terms & Conditions. To ensure that you are thoroughly familiar with the programme, kindly read through the following terms and conditions:


MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY

Privileges are only extended upon presentation of a valid MARCO POLO ELITE membership card by the member. The bill/check must be signed by the member to enjoy the applicable discount.


MEMBERSHIP USAGE

Privileges are extended to member upon dining in the designated restaurants and cannot be used in conjunction with hotel promotional offers or other discounts. Usage is strictly limited to one (1) membership per table. The membership card does not carry any signing privileges and has no cash value. Privileges are not applicable to service charges, taxes, special menus, meetings, banquets, in-room dining, F&B retail outlets, take-away and happy hours. Children will be charged as per hotel’s policy, when calculating the dining discount.


CERTIFICATE USAGE

Usage of certificates is subject to the terms and conditions as stated on the certificate and cannot be extended. Only one (1) certificate can be used per table, bill or party in hotel operating restaurants of Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong.


MEMBERSHIP EXEMPTIONS

Year-round privileges do not apply on the following dates: All firework nights, Valentine’s Day (14th February), Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, December 24th, December 25th, December 31st, special events and promotions. A 10% flat discount will be honoured during blackout dates, special events, any other promotional activity, unless otherwise specified.


CANCELLATIONS

A refund can be arranged within fourteen (14) days from the purchase of the membership, provided that the card and certificates have not been utilised. A fee of HKD500 for processing the refund will be incurred. The complete programme kit (including the membership card and all certificates) must be returned before a refund can proceed. No refunds will be granted after fourteen (14) days of joining the membership.


LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to the MARCO POLO ELITE office and a replacement card will be issued subject to sufficient proof of ownership. An administration charge of HKD100 will be levied for card replacement. All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced or re-issued.


CONDITIONS OF CLUB REGISTRATIONS

Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong reserves the right to accept, defer or decline any application at any time without reason and/or prior notice.


PRIVACY STATEMENT

By purchasing a MARCO POLO ELITE membership, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information to countries where MARCO POLO ELITE administrative centres and Marco Polo Hotels are situated. You also consent to MARCO POLO ELITE sharing your information with our group companies, owners of participating hotels and selected third parties and they or we may contact you for marketing purposes.


PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY POLICY

We intend to use your personal information provided herewith for promoting our hotel products. Communications including but not limited to emails, SMS and telephone calls containing our hotel news, services, promotions, loyalty programmes, dining events, other related auxiliary services and / or updates relating to Marco Polo Hotels and its partners. PROGRAMME CHANGES

Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong reserves the right to modify, amend or cancel, in part or in whole, terms and conditions of benefits offered in the MARCO POLO ELITE programme at any time without prior notice to its members.


LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong will not be responsible for any personal loss or damage towards the members of the MARCO POLO ELITE programme.
